The Outreach Global Exchange Program creates opportunities for individuals to contribute to community economic development. The program aims to cultivate talent by offering short-term internships and travel programs in the United States. Additionally, the program supports local businesses and communities by providing accommodations, food, transportation, and school tuition for program participants. Furthermore, the program also aims to send American students or job seekers overseas to provide them with opportunities to grow into future leaders through international cooperation.

The Outreach program is in collaboration with the U.S. Department of State J-1 Exchange Program.
